SHIPPING TIME AND COST?

SHIPPING ORDER:
- FREE shipping is offered to all orders over € 60.00 FREE worldwide.
- All orders are sent by CTT from Portugal.
- All orders are shipped within one working day after payment clears, Monday to Friday.
- Delivery times are an estimate provided by the post office and are applicable only to orders paid up until 12:00 (Portuguese time), Monday to Friday.
- For any orders paid by BACS, the processing time will be adapted to reflect the delay in the payment reaching TOA. Once payment is clear, the order will be processed and shipped within one working day, Monday to Friday.
- TOA is not responsible for any delays in delivery orders.
- We recommend that you use an address, business, work or someone who is at home during the day, that is, where you know someone will be available to receive the order, to ensure that it is received on the first delivery attempt to avoid further delays.
- In case any order is returned to TOA due to an incorrect addresses or unknown recipients TOA will not be responsible for the costs of resending the order. The client should contact TOA - info@theorganicapparel.com - and pay the shipping costs for the order to be sent again.
